Interplay娛樂公司（Interplay Entertainment Corporation）是美國的一家電子遊戲發行與開發公司。前身為Boone Corporation。1983年10月成立Interplay Productions。他們發行了很多著名的角色扮演類遊戲，如：冰風谷系列、博德之門系列、輻射系列、異域鎮魂曲等。1998年起公司陷入財務危機，2000年後管理層更替。新管理層解散黑島等工作室，解僱大批員工，使公司完全喪失開發遊戲的能力，變為靠出售舊IP維持的空殼。之後公司多次宣佈新開發計劃，包括髮起眾籌，最終都無結果。

As a developer, Interplay is best known as the creator of the original Fallout series and as a publisher for the Baldur's Gate and Descent series.
